Secure Intake — Affected Customers

Evidence Submission Portal

This is the formal intake used to build a claimant file. It captures your identity, account, itemized losses, a signed statement of facts, and your exhibits in the structure independent counsel and regulators work from — so your account is usable evidence rather than an email thread.

20–40 minutes with your records to handPrepared for civil counsel and CFTC Form TCRPrivate vault, no public access

Structured, not freeform

Identity, account, funding ledger, statement of facts, and exhibits are captured as discrete fields so your file can be indexed alongside every other claimant.

Attested and signed

Each claim carries a truthfulness attestation, an electronic signature, a timestamp, and a unique file reference — the baseline counsel and regulators expect.

Exhibits tagged at intake

Receipts, broker statements, staff conversations, contracts, screenshots, and recordings are labeled and described as they arrive, so nothing is unattributed later.

Private by default

Uploads land in a private vault with no public read access. Material is shared only with the parties you authorize on the final section.

Before you begin

Gather what you have — examples of admissible material

Nothing is mandatory, and a partial file is still worth filing. Send originals in their native format wherever possible; do not crop, edit, or annotate them.

Money movement

  • Bank wire confirmations and outgoing wire receipts
  • Card statements or ACH records showing each deposit
  • Crypto exchange withdrawal receipts and transaction hashes
  • Any fee, commission, or 'release tax' you were asked to pay

The platform record

  • Broker or platform account statements and PnL reports
  • Dashboard screenshots showing balance, positions, and payouts
  • Withdrawal request screens, denials, and error messages
  • Deposit confirmations issued inside the platform

Communications

  • WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, and Instagram threads with staff
  • SMS threads and full emails, including headers
  • Live-chat transcripts and support tickets
  • Call recordings and voicemails, with dates and participants

Paper and promises

  • Contracts, terms, funding or profit-split agreements you signed
  • E-signature certificates and countersigned copies
  • Marketing material, ads, and performance claims relied on
  • Prior complaints filed with regulators, banks, or police

Preservation notice

Do not delete accounts, chat threads, apps, or emails, and do not close the bank or exchange accounts used to fund the platform, even after you file. Destroying or altering records can undermine both a civil claim and a regulatory referral.
