SWR Investigation · Amit Fridman

Before the sales calls, the software licenses and the losses, there was Amit Fridman. SWR identifies him as Korvato’s original founder and one of its owners. His trading business history began before Korvato.
ProfitFi. Korvato. Nexivo. His name appears across the records, and we followed those connections. Our 40 page investigation brings together the documents, photographs, translated customer comments and source links so you can examine that history yourself.

The person behind the businesses
SWR identifies Amit Fridman as Korvato’s original founder and one of its owners. The records document his executive roles: ProfitFi named him founder and CEO in 2022; he signed Korvato’s merchant agreement as CEO in July 2025; and he completed a Nexivo merchant agreement as CEO the following month.
The July 2026 judgment also names Fridman doing business as Nushi AI and Nexivo AI. More recently, VoiceMan AI's own website identifies him as its CEO. That current role extends the business chronology; this report makes no finding of misconduct by VoiceMan AI.

The chronology
September 2022
Archived ProfitFi materials advertise forex copy trading and estimated profit up to 40% a month. Its company release names Fridman founder and CEO. These are the earlier company's promotional claims.
October 2024
Korvato's publicity names Fridman CEO and promotes automated trading and strong returns. The retained presentation includes selected license prices of $15,000 and $19,900, with recurring charges separate from the trading capital a customer funds at a broker.
July and August 2025
The electronic certificates record Fridman's Korvato merchant agreement on July 14, 2025 and his Nexivo agreement on August 21, 2025. The signed documents identify him as CEO for each seller.
Customer accounts
SWR intake statements and public accounts describe activation problems, trading losses and disputed refunds. The report separates license payments from broker deposits and preserves the limits of each account. It does not add overlapping or inconsistent amounts into a headline loss total.
July 21, 2026
A court enters a $1,134,900.54 default judgment in FanBasis Inc. v. Korvato LLC et al., naming Fridman among the defendants. The award is to FanBasis for merchant debt. SWR's work for affected customers is separate.
Public customer allegation · underlying transactions not independently authenticated
Beneath Fridman's Hebrew interview, a public commenter alleges approximately $400,000 in combined crypto and Netpro forex losses involving arrangements introduced by Fridman. The account describes an additional $110,000 invested and read only access to a trading account.
The $110,000 is included in the stated $400,000 total. The commenter does not name ProfitFi. Our report preserves the allegation alongside archived broker materials and identifies the onboarding, account authority and transaction records needed to establish the connection.
The marketing
The sales message combined expertise, automation and unusually high return claims. For a customer, that can make a complicated trading decision feel easier to trust. The investigation places those representations beside the purchase terms, account arrangements and reported customer experience.
Fridman's interview adds his own description of company formation, sales through influencers and frequent content distribution. The report links the relevant timestamps and keeps those statements separate from the customer allegations beneath the video.
Estimated returns appear alongside experience and automation claims.
The opportunity was presented through professional experience and automatic trade copying.
The report compares purchase terms with reported delivery, trading and refund disputes.
The interview review is based on automatic Hebrew captions. It is not a certified transcript or a complete independent audio review. References to collectibles and property are leads for records research, not verified recoverable assets.

For someone who lost money with Korvato, these records connect to savings, financial security and trust placed in people who presented themselves as experts.
Understanding who was involved matters. So does knowing which records to preserve, how to organize your documentation and what information may help legal counsel evaluate potential claims.
We are gathering whistleblower information, organizing customer evidence, examining transactions and researching assets to support independent legal counsel in evaluating avenues for accountability and recovery.
Our goal is to help build the evidence needed to pursue financial recovery and bring those responsible for wrongdoing to justice.

How the work is funded
SWR is self funded. We do not take a percentage of your recovery, and the law firms we work with do not pay us.
We fund our own operations, with optional fees for our services helping cover the time and resources this work requires. Those fees support the ongoing investigation while allowing us to provide more direct assistance to customers who want help navigating their next steps.
You can contribute your evidence without purchasing additional support. If you would like more direct help preparing and organizing your documentation, optional services are available.
Priority
Our paid Priority option includes priority administrative processing, paralegal assistance, regular progress updates and coordination with legal counsel where appropriate.
This provides additional support as we work through your information, help organize your submissions and explain the next steps in the process. Your optional service fee also helps sustain evidence preservation, company research and investigative work.
Standard
Standard participation allows you to submit your evidence to SWR and contribute to preparation for potential Korvato civil action without purchasing additional support services. No payment to SWR is required for this option.
Whether you want help organizing your documentation or want to understand how your records may contribute, call or text our team or schedule a call.
If you already have a call booked, review the report and note the questions you would like us to address. Your original agreements, payment confirmations, broker statements and messages may help establish connections that public information alone cannot.
To those who choose our paid services, we sincerely appreciate the support that allows us to keep this work moving. To everyone contributing evidence and helping us document what happened, your participation is an essential part of the effort.
