Do I have to pay SWR to participate?
No SWR fee is required to use free intake or to qualify for a class action. Counsel and the court determine the relevant legal requirements.
What does the $499 package include?
The full SWR Recovery Support Package includes unlimited company investigation and vetting requests, refund assistance through applicable Whop and FanBasis channels, direct owner and management outreach, paralegal assistance, counsel coordination where appropriate, priority Korvato evidence preparation and sending to the law firm with your authorization, daily updates, private-group access, and the Korvato evidence vault. The price is $499 one time. The written service agreement defines the service period and scope.
Does the $499 package include priority sending to the law firm?
Yes. SWR prioritizes preparing and sending your completed evidence packet to independent legal counsel where appropriate and with your authorization. We document transmission and request acknowledgment of receipt. This is priority within SWR’s work; it does not guarantee law-firm review priority, representation, court priority, or earlier recovery payments.
Can you help with companies other than Korvato?
Yes. The package includes investigating other companies you have paid, are currently using, or are considering, along with help organizing related losses and pursuing supported refund requests.
Can you pursue a refund while the Korvato case is being prepared?
Yes. Where a direct merchant or company refund route is available, we can pursue it while the Korvato evidence effort continues. That may include working with the relevant Whop or FanBasis financial teams and contacting company owners or management.
Does this guarantee an immediate refund?
No. We pursue available refund routes and seek prompt resolutions, but approval, amount, and timing depend on the transaction, evidence, and the company or platform involved.
Does “unlimited” mean lifetime service or unlimited legal representation?
Unlimited refers to the number of company investigation and vetting requests within the agreed service scope. The written agreement defines the service period. It does not mean unlimited attorney representation.
Do I have to buy this package to submit my Korvato evidence?
No. The free evidence-intake option remains available.
Do I need to schedule a call?
