Ownership identification by SWR (N7, September 28, 2026). Separate note: PRODUCT J LLC (L20000368723) lists Aballo as registered agent only, with other authorized persons (R19). It is excluded from the seven-entity count.
Administrative dissolution is not a finding of fraud or insolvency. Recorded roles do not disclose ownership percentages, and these companies are not all trading-bot businesses or successors to one another.
Operating role
SWR identifies Tim as Korvato's third owner and operator. Three distinct documentary links support examining his role:
The native roster assigns Jhonalyn Ampere the role "Tim's EA/Finance/Reporting/Invoicing" and Jelly Lucero the role "Tim's assistant." The task register describes NMI/Whop cash reports, payroll, sales commissions and refund queues. Several recipient fields name Amit and Pedro, not Tim; the record does not show that Tim received every report or approved every refund.
Public commercial background: the Miami Sellers Conference describes online-arbitrage experience and more than 20 VAs (R9); Txend publishes a testimonial attributed to Tim Aballo of Arbitrage Ops (R20); Talented publishes a hiring testimonial attributed to Tim of Aballo Group (R21). These are publisher-attributed commercial references, not audited credentials or proof of Quantum employment.
A recorded corporate or administrative role gives a reason to examine his decisions; it does not establish that he personally committed every alleged act.
Native ledger transcriptions
These are native CSV transcriptions, not bank confirmations or screenshots.
Documentary transcription · Q-01
He paid $50 in crypto and another $9,450 in crypto soon after. This is a Self set/Close from Quantum Bots who ive been working with for 8 months. 10k pif deal // waiving $500 bal (approved by Mark)
The eight-month phrase is not evidence of eight months of Quantum employment; its referent and author are not authenticated.
Documentary transcription · Q-02
no answer, vm is full but I sent sms and email -1/15/25 Waiting for Quantum Refund to pay balance
Does not use the full Quantum Bots brand name or show that a refund arrived.
A separate public personnel lead: an October 2, 2024 review names Tyler Sanderford and an October 14 company reply refers to Tyler (R8); the Alpha roster also lists Tyler Sanderford.
Conclusion: the ledger documents a Quantum-related sales-network connection. SWR reports Tim's prior Quantum selling experience, but no Tim-specific contract, dated call or commission receipt has yet established his personal role.
Customer account · identity withheld
June 25, 2025
Two ledger entries, same customer and email, each show a $1,000 initial payment and $1,000 refund, with $0 Total Amount Paid. They share an invoice reference, so they are not two independently established contracts. Refund dates are blank.
November 7, 2025
A later $10,000 purchase appears in both contract and ledger, with Grant McDonell recorded as closer. This is the disputed fee, not a $12,000 loss total.
January 14, 2026
Written refund request, 68 days after purchase.
January 15, 2026
Acknowledgment of referral for review, not a final decision.
August 28, 2026
Direct customer email reports no earnings and unanswered refund attempts. The earlier January acknowledgment remains on record; the later wording may concern later attempts or the lack of a substantive decision.
September 3, 2026
Customer's account describes a 5-7% monthly Facebook pitch, OX onboarding, around two months without earnings and withdrawal of broker funds. The disputed fee is separate from trading capital.
September 16, 2026
SWR sends a $10,000 demand addressed to Timothy, requesting action by September 18. It does not establish delivery, refusal or Tim's personal liability.
The 2025 agreement's 90-day conditions and actual go-live date require review; the native November row has no go-live date. The 2024 agreement's separate 30-day terms do not apply here. Refund eligibility is not guaranteed.
Allegations and legal context
SWR advances claimant recovery efforts. Its demands and earlier reports are not independent corroboration of its allegations.
| SWR allegation | Missing record that would tie Tim to the act |
|---|---|
| Misleading selling | An approved ad or sales script tied to Tim. |
| Manipulated performance representations | An authenticated log or record showing who prepared the figures. |
| Continued selling despite risk warnings | A dated warning received by Tim, followed by continued sales. |
| Withheld refunds | A refund decision made or approved by Tim. |
| Undisclosed broker incentives | A payment statement showing broker compensation to Tim. Broker compensation is distinct from software-sales commission. |
| Account-control concerns | Records showing actual trading authority, which is distinct from a software label. |
Companion reports: Amit Fridman and Michael Walding. Their individual allegations and judgments do not establish Tim's conduct.
